Content Strategy:

  1. content organizing/chunking/site map
  2. wireframe of homepage & main page templates

Design:

  1. style tiles/mood boards: create 2–3 unique design directions based on strategy
  2. client chooses 1 direction to refine
  3. sourcing images, illustrations & other assets as needed
  4. full designs of homepage & main pages created
  5. client final review before development

Development:

  1. selecting tools & technology to build the site
  2. purchasing hosting plans & domains as needed
  3. setting up content management system
  4. programming custom theme

Maintenance:

  1. ongoing maintenance contract with client
  2. updates to site core, theme & plugins as needed
  3. support for client page & content creation
